Harold "Monk" Lloyd Polston passed away on February 09, 2015 at his home in Gilbert, Az. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bruna Polston, his 4 children, and many grandchildren. Harold was born on March 24, 1931 in Charlotte, Arkansas to Thelatha Ann (Milton) and Stanley Polston. He grew up in Jacksonville, Arkansas playing half-back for Jacksonville High School, racing hot rods and in 1952 proudly joined the United States Air Force with six other young men. They called themselves "The Magnificent 7". Harold proudly served the Air Force for 30 years, earning a Bronze Star and the title of Chief Master Sergeant. Throughout his life he was an enthusiastic man. He was generous in sharing his personal attributes; he was giving and always willing to help someone in need. Harold Polston was a beautiful man, father and friend to all who knew him. He will be truly missed.
