Ida Teresa Moise

Ida Baseggio Edgcomb Moise, passed away in Chandler, Arizona on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. She was born in Gary, Indian on August 5, 1940 to Teresa Mazzarolo and Ermenegildo Baseggio. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Robert N. Moise; her parents and her brothers, Gino and Ezio Baseggio as well as her nephew, Eugene Baseggio. She is survived by her two daughters, Kimberly Irene Moise and Pamela Anne Moise; Grandsons: Matthew Broder, Tyler Gabele, Samuel Gabele, and Benjamin Sakoukas; nephew, Thomas Baseggio and nieces, Loretta Houck and Maria Baseggio; two longtime friends, Kathy Stempf and Barbara Suarez.

She graduated from St. Peter and Paul Elementary School, Lew Wallace High School, Indiana University Northwest, and Indiana University Bloomington with a teaching degree. She taught at Henry P. Fieler for 5 years before joining Robert N. Moise Accounting Corp until 2009 to move to Chandler, Arizona to become full-time babysitters, an occupation they thoroughly enjoyed in the warm dry climate.

A graveside service for Ida will be held Monday, December 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Valley of the Sun Mortuary & Cemetery, 10940 E Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248.
