Jack J. Urbano, 57 of Chandler, AZ., passed away on January 5, 2013. Jack is survived by his wife, Theresa Urbano, Son-in-Law and daughter Michael and Roxanne Sandoval, 4 grandchildren, siblings Susan and Raymond along with several other respected families and their members. Jack is preceded in death by his parents Joaquin and Esperanza, siblings, Lydia, Diana and Carlos, along with other respected family and friends.
