Jaivorio Burkes, from Apache Junction, AZ, went to heaven to join his mother, Sherry Webb on May 23rd. Jaivorio left behind his older brother DeMarco Burkes. Jaivario, 31 years old, had so much more life to give. A 2007 graduate from Moon Valley High School in Phoenix, AZ, he played both basketball and football. As a freshman at Nebraska University, he started as a lineman for the Huskers. While basketball was his first love, football was a natural ability he was blessed with. Jaivorio absolutely loved collecting shoes and watches. He also enjoyed the closeness of his family, friends and his four legged companion, LeRoy. Jaivorio never wanted anyone he interacted with to feel pity or sadness. He had an amazing ability to make the people around him laugh, feel inspired, and feel confident within themselves. He will always live in our hearts and never be forgotten. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the Donor Network of Arizona.
