Jeanette M. Leduc Williams

Jeanette M. Williams - age 89, of Chandler, Arizona passed away on August 25, 2014. She was born January 6, 1925 in Sturbridge, MA to Joseph L. Leduc and Yvonne I. Pontbriand Leduc. Jeanette joined the Women's Army Air Force in 1945 and served as a surgical and medical assistant at Fort George Wright in Spokane, WA. In 1948, she married Philip Williams and they had three children, Stephan P. Williams, Louise A. Kitka Moriarty and Mary A. Hogan.. Jeanette continued her nursing as an aide at Rockville General Hospital in Rockville, CT for 15 years. She and Phil retired to Florida and in 1995 they moved to Arizona. She and her husband Phil loved to travel and attended two Olympic games and went on several cruises, including their 50th anniversary cruise to Alaska. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother (Memere), sister, aunt and dear friend who will be greatly missed by all. Jeanette was predeceased by her husband, Phil, and by her daughter, Louise. She is survived by her children, Stephan and his wife, Pamela, Williams and Mary and her husband, Robert, Hogan and grandchildren, Cathy J. (Kitka) Milkofsky and her husband, Alex, Joseph A. Kitka, Jennifer L. Kitka, Benjamin M. Williams and Michael P. Hogan

Family and friends are invited to attend 10:00 AM Memorial Services at Valley of the Sun Mortuary, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Road, Chandler, AZ 85248 on Saturday, September 6, 2014. A reception at the mortuary will follow the services.
