Jenny Faith Kim

Jenny Faith Kim, age 63, a beloved wife, mother, sister and dear friend to many went home to Jesus on August 8, 2025 in Chandler, AZ surrounded by love. She was born on July 7, 1962 in Seoul, Korea. Jenny was known to light up a room with her beautiful smile and laughter. She made friends everywhere she went and while she made her home with her husband Kevin in Chandler, AZ for the past 9 years, they first had their home in Duluth, GA where she had a huge community of family, friends and fellow church members that were always close to her heart. She communicated with them daily and cherished visits as often as possible.

Jenny was a devout Christian, finding strength, peace and her whole life’s meaning in her faith. She fought hard through a terminal cancer diagnosis for the past 2+ years while battling tumors for several years. She persevered through treatments and procedures while remaining steadfast in her trust of God’s promise He would get her through every painful challenge. She was a living testimony of God’s gift of strength, selflessness and bravery. Every day was a miracle and she lived her life fully and beautifully courageous. She found her cure in Heaven and is without pain in paradise.

She is survived by her loving and admirable husband who fought alongside her with faith, support and deep love. Years of appointments, treatments and multiple procedures by the amazing team at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix meant countless hours, tears, exhaustion and time in the car or hospital but he did it without hesitation for more time with his beautiful wife. She is survived by her daughter Jessica who moved to Chandler in March so she could help be a caretaker and love on her dear mother and best friend to the very end. She is also survived by her daughter Janice (Allen), grandson Jordan and son Matthew who prayed endlessly and visited to spread joy, love and enjoy time together.

Calling hours and service will be on Wednesday, August 13th from 1-3PM at Valley of the Sun in Chandler, AZ. There will also be a special Celebration of Life at a later time in Duluth, GA for her family & friends there to honor and remember the life of the beautiful and special Jenny Faith Kim
