John Lloyd Githens Sr., 83 years old was born in Allen county American township in Lima, Ohio on November 9, 1933. John was the son of Clyde Raymond Githens and Florence (Cook) Githens. John passed away at his home in Queen Creek, Arizona on May 1, 2017 to enter into our heavenly fathers home in heaven. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years of marriage; Venice Marie Githens, his five children John Githens Jr. Patricia Ann (Steve) Fullmer, Ronald Githens, Karen LaRussa, and Angela Harper. He is also survived by his eleven grand children and eleven great grandchildren. John and his wife resided in Queen Creek, Arizona for the past 39 years, John will be laid to rest at the national memorial cemetery of Arizona; 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, Arizona 85024.
