John T. Slavick, 75, passed away on September 8, 2015. He was born on May 8, 1940 in Miflin, Alabama. He was Exhaulted Ruler of the Hollister Elks and a member of the Mason's Lodge. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Sharyn, sister Nancy Shailor and his three daughters Helena Mendonca, Heidi Slavick, and Valerie Noble. He also has 5 nieces and 2 nephews, 8 grandchildren, and many great-nieces and nephews. He was a devoted husband and father, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
