Joyce is affectionately remembered for her intelligence and perseverance, her love of family and friends, and her unwavering Christian faith. She is preceded in death by her husband of many years and daughters Carol and Karen. Joyce is survived by sons, Michael Hammack (Nancy) of New Braunfels, Texas and Larry Hammack (Donna) of Chandler, Arizona, five grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hammack will be buried beside her two daughters, Carol Hammack and Karen Spear, in Cochran, Georgia. A memorial service is to be held at the Chandler United Methodist Church, 450 E Chandler Heights Rd, on Sunday 31 July 2022 at 11:30am.
