Born in Shiprock, New Mexico, Kendrea was lovingly raised in Mexican Hat, Utah, by her grandparents, Howard and Alice Black.
A proud graduate of Arizona State University, Kendrea built a life grounded in curiosity, creativity, and compassion. She had a deep passion for running, photography, and-above all-she was a “amazing and loving mother to her three children whom she lived her life for.”
Kendrea touched the lives of everyone who had the honor of knowing her through her warmth, humor, and love of learning. Her presence brought comfort, strength, and happiness to those around her.
She is survived by her husband, Ben Lucero; her children, Blake, Mason, and Wyatt; and her brothers, Stuart, Austin, Christopher, and Kevin. Kendrea leaves behind a life marked by kindness, strength and deep devotion to her family,” and she will be forever missed by all who loved her.
