Margaret Gaetke Hadel, 93, of Gilbert, Arizona passed away on February 5, 2026. She was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on June 15, 1932. She was married to Russell Hadel on June 17, 1952 in Amagansett, Long Island, New York when he was on leave from the Army.
Peg, as most of her friends called her, loved to read, do crafts & ceramics, knit, do puzzles and play cards with friends. After she & Russ retired, they went on a number of trips to many different places. Her family lived in Windsor Locks, Connecticut for 34 years and moved to Arizona in 1993. Russell passed in 2010.
She is survived by her children: Larry and Sharon, her grandchildren: Robert, Christopher and Candice; her great-grandchildren: Madeline, McKenzie, Melody and McKaylee. She will be missed and was loved very much.
