She met her husband in Maryland, at their mutual employer. They later married on July 3, 1978. In 1983 they moved to Arizona. Together they enjoyed bowling and traveled for tournaments.
Marion dedicated over 25 years working for General Dynamics, an aerospace and defense company. She built components that would be used by NASA.
She enjoyed classical and country music, crafting, playing solitaire and bejeweled on her computer. She had an immense love for animals, especially dogs. She spent countless hours watering and tending to her plants and garden.
Many would say she was feisty and had a witty sense of humor. She was a great listener, always offering her advice, and would lend a hand to anyone in need. She will be missed dearly and her home in Chandler is filled with a lifetime of memories with her family and friends.
