Marjorie B. Sloan 88 of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on July 4, 2012. Marjorie was born in Princeton, IN. to George and Tillie (Kruse) Burns on December 8, 1923. She is survived by sons, Mel and Stanley Sloan, 2 daughters, Beverly Landaal and Phyllis Bement. She is also survived by her sisters Betty Lynch and Wilma Ikerd. Marjorie is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Richard Landaal, Cindy Arana, Michelle Sloan-Montoya, Julie Sloan-Saiz, Angie Peace, Michael Marr, Stephen Marr, Tami Head, Deborah Brown, Michael Sloan and Chris Sloan, 18 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard Sloan and grandson Allen Landaal, brothers John, Fred, Charles, Harold, Kenneth, Glenn, Gene and Edd Burns, 2 sisters, Marie Bilderback and Ruth Gaston. A Funeral Service will be held, Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Valley of the Sun Mortuary Chapel in Chandler, AZ. with Burial to follow.
