Martin George Colello, a beloved and humorous soul, was born on February 21, 1970, in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 55. Martin was a resident of Chandler, Arizona.
He graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Technology with an Associate's degree and went on to have a remarkable career as a computer engineer, dedicating 30 years to the field. Martin also served in the army, showcasing his dedication and service to his country.
On September 29, 2001, Martin married Monica Colello in Pennsylvania, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey together. He is survived by his spouse, Monica Colello, his son Tyler Colello, daughter-in-law Crystal Colello, and his soon to be grandchild Serenity Colello. Martin is also remembered by his sister Jill Colello, brother Rick Colello, and his mother Patricia Colello. He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Colello.
Martin had a passion for playing pool and spent 25 years competing in Tap and most recently in BCA at Natalie's. His love for the Pittsburgh Steelers, ACDC, Corvettes, and Asian cuisine was well-known among friends and family.
He was the captain of an amateur pool league called 'Last Call,' consistently leading his team to success. As the team captain, Last Call was one of the top teams in Phoenix and ranked in the top 4 in the Dallas National Pool tournament in two different years.
A memorial service to celebrate Martin's life will be held on September 5, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm at the Valley of the Sun Mortuary, Sunbird Room, located at 10940 East Chandler Heights Rd., Chandler, AZ 85248.
Martin will be remembered for his humor, love for life, and the lasting impact he made on everyone who knew him.
