Mary L. "Phipps" Seegrist, 78 of Maricopa, AZ., passed away on September 27, 2012 in her home. Mary was born on the family ranch in Whitman, NE. on March 16, 1934. Mary spent her life dedicated to her family as well as caring for others as a nurse. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Richard in 2011 and is survived by her brothers Eugene and Kenneth Phipps; her sister Linda and her 3 daughters Katherine, Rhonda and Kimberly. Her gentle-kind humorous spirit will be greatly missed by those who knew her. Inurnment will be Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Cemetery in Scottsbluff, NE.
