Nancy Carol Nelson

She is survived by her husband of 49 years Patrick Nelson, two children Jason and Heather, five grandchildren Nicole, Sara, Alex, Nelson and Joshua, one sister Lavelle, two brothers Fred and Edwin and many Nieces and Nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Art and Dorothy Laher, brother Dan, nephew Billy Laher and her older brother Dick who followed her to heaven just weeks after her death.

Nancy moved to Arizona in 1980 where she continued to raise her family and enjoyed 25 years as an Avon representative. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she loved nothing more than spending time with her husband and family.

Funeral service will be held at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Chandler, AZ on Saturday, July 1, 2017at 10:30am with burial to follow at Valley of the Sun Cemetery, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd. Chandler, AZ.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to A House of Comfort and Reflections Hospice for the wonderful care they provided in her final months.
