Nancy Rose Plaster of Gilbert, AZ passed away peacefully at home on November 14, 2014 after a brief illness. Nancy was born in New Castle, PA and grew up in the Pittsburgh area. She moved to Arizona in 1965 and was a long time employee of the Smitty’s food stores chain. After she left Smitty’s Nancy worked as a Merchandiser for the American Greetings Corporation. In her work Nancy was known for her meticulousness and attention to detail which made her a valuable employee. Friends knew Nancy as a caring and devoted friend. She was preceded in death by her son, Jerome Craig Tepe, and is survived by her sister, Jean Fitzgerald of San Diego, CA and her nieces Karen Melowitz of San Marcos, CA and Kathy Fitzgerald of Santa Ysabel, CA. A Memorial service will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary and Cemetery, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ on December 5th at 11 am.
