Odin Lee O'Hanlon

Odin Lee O’Hanlon was born at 8:05 am on October 23rd, 2022 and weighed a healthy 7lbs 3oz and was 20 ½ in long. With head full of blonde hair with red highlights he resembled his daddy with perfection. Odin is the son of Brandon O’Hanlon and Brianna Renison of Mesa, Arizona. Odin suffered from placental abruption which resulted in blood and oxygen loss. Odin was still able to grip his daddy’s finger and open his eyes to the sound of his mommy’s voice during his short stay on earth. Odin took his last breath in his momma’s arms at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ the next day at 2:17pm. It is with heavy hearts that we honor and say goodbye to our precious baby boy. Some people only dream of angels, we held one in our arms.

Odin was greeted in heaven by several Great Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins on both sides of the family. In addition to Odin’s parents, he is survived by his big sister Scarlett O’Hanlon, Grandfather Danny Renison Jr., Grandmother Danielle Renison, Grandmother Mary O’Hanlon, Great Grandparents Danny & Terena Renison, Great Grandmother Linda Feeney, Great Great Grandmother Pearl Wagner, and numerous aunts, uncles, great aunts, and great uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends who loved Odin very much. Though he was only given a short time here he touched everyone that heard about him. It is with a full heart of gratitude that our family thanks everyone for the prayers for Odin, the parents, and the family. We thank you for the many donations we have and will continue to receive in Odin’s honor thru go fund me and Venmo. I cannot go without thanking the NICU staff at Banner Desert Medical Center who cared for Odin with so much love. They provided incredible care and comfort, keeping us informed of all steps, prayed with us and even cried with us. I never felt so much love and compassion from a hospital crew in my life and it did make Odin’s little life and final moments feel special to us all.
