59, from Tempe, AZ, died suddenly on February 26, 2012. Pat was born in Topeka, Kansas where she attended Seaman High School. Pat is survived by her daughter Maure, husband Phil, sister Terre Provste, and many nieces, nephews and other family members. Her mother was the late Evelyn Dishner. Pat loved to walk her dog ‘Teddy’, hike the legs off mules, contort in yoga, be a dedicated gym rat and was an avid follower of a healthy lifestyle with a holistic approach to life. Funeral services will be held Friday March 2 at 2 pm at the Cornerstone Church of Chandler, 1595 S Alma School. Graveside service to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Susan G. Koman for the Cure or the Arizona Humane Society. Pat led an honest and decent life and put the needs of others before herself, and we know she is in a better place.
