Ralph was originally from Massachusetts.
He is survived by his Wife of 43 years, Sherry, Daughter Donel Payne of Chandler, Arizona, Son Joe Romines of Anaheim, California, Daughter Shelly Romines-Fematt of Irvine, California, Granddaughter Stacey Payne of Mesa, Arizona, Grandson Scotty Lopes of Henderson, Nevada, Grandson Hunter Herman of No. Las Vegas, Nevada, Grandson Steven Payne of Surprise, Arizona as well as numerous extended family and countless friends in California, Nevada, Massachusetts and Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Scott Lopes, and his beloved sister Barbara Dion.
