Randy Lee Kemper passed away unexpectedly on January 24th 2020. He was born in Redding, California on March 10th 1988. He moved to Washington at the age of 5 where he grew up. A year ago, he moved to Arizona because he said he missed seeing his siblings grow up and turn into the adults they have become. He wanted to re-capture some of the time he missed with them. He was always a protector of those around him, especially his siblings and was everybody's Superman. Randy was also a mediator in the family.
Randy was a free spirit who loved floating down the river with his “brothers”, water skiing with his family, and exploring the great outdoors. Although he always talked about being a mountain man, he was the most likeable and memorable people person you would ever meet. If you were lucky enough to have known him, you know that you became a part of his family, which he fiercely protected.
Randy was an entrepreneur at heart. At the age of six, he established his own sales business. He would gather shells, lining them up on the curb at the apartment complex park, and sell them to neighborhood kids for a profit. Later in life, he found his career in plumbing. He worked as a plumber for many years and if you heard him talk about his trade, it was easy to see he was the best plumber ever. Randy had a great sense of humor and gentle chuckle which kept his family smiling. He especially enjoyed doing emoji videos with his niece Zoey. Randy would have loved to live off the land, to lead a simple life with mother earth. He was very crafty and resourceful making shelters with what nature has to provide.
He is survived by his parents Jim and Deanna Kemper, his siblings Bailey, Austin and Crystalan (Cricket), and his grandparents Paul Kemper, Janet Swaim, Gary and Ellen Roth.
Randy is also survived by his sister Aimee, his mother Sandra Kemper and grandmother Linda Simington Baker.
Additional family members include uncles (5), aunts (5), cousins (16) and nieces (2). Randy had many friends and they referred to themselves as brothers.
Randy will be remembered forever and ever in our hearts.
