Ray Nelson Prescott

Prescott, Ray N- Age 67 of Chandler, AZ, formerly of Davison, MI, died Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Ray was born December 19, 1943 in Flint, MI, the son of Rex and Katherine (O’Brien) Prescott. He was married to Linda Slama on September 16, 1995. Mr. Prescott retired from General Motors in 1999 after 36 years of service. Surviving are wife, Linda, children, Brian (Traci) Prescott, Kristine (Art) Reyes grandchildren, Artie, Emilie, Amanda, Ray Reyes, Rayann, Reese Prescott, sisters, Priscilla (Doug) Smith, Joyce Hanje, sister-in-law, Rosemary (Ellis) Cronkright, brother-in-law, Steve (Ellen) Slama, Many nieces and nephews. Ray was an avid golfer, and was a caddy for Tommy Bolt, Gene Littler, Julius Boros and involved with the Buick Open as a Marshall for 10 years, he was a Past Exalted Ruler of the Flint Elks Lodge 222 in 1999-2000, and also coordinated the Michigan Major project for Special Needs Children. A Memorial Mass will be held June 19, 2012 at St John Catholic Church , Davison, MI. Donations can be made in memory of Ray N. Prescott to; Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St, Phoenix, AZ 85014, Michigan Major Project, Flint Elks Lodge, 7177 E. Maple Rd, Grand Blanc, Mi 48439. Mr. Prescott was preceded in death by his parents, and his son “Little Ray”
