

Fischer, Richard "Dick" Edward age 70, of Saint Michael and Crosslake, Minnesota along with Fountain Hills, Arizona, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 27, in Arizona. Dick's passions included building a legacy in construction in his early years while creating and growing Manor Concrete to become a well renowned Twin Cities construction firm. He loved making memories on the waters of the Whitefish Chain and searching for his next Arabian horse project, to name a few. He is preceded in death by parents, Andrew Joseph and Mary Elizabeth Fischer. Dick is survived by his four children, Greg Fischer, Lisa (Rob) Anderson, Lee (Jan) Fischer, and Richard (Darnel) Fischer Jr.; his grandchildren, Elisha, Al, Alex, Zach, Paige, and Morgan; his great-grandchild, Kennedy; his sisters, Susan Peterson and Barbara Hollis; and his brother, Andrew Fischer Jr. Along with Lisa Vieau and amongst many close personal friends and business partners. A celebration of Dick's colorful life for his family and friends to attend will begin at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Maucieri's located at 34650 County Road 3, Crosslake, Minnesota.
