I not too long ago, shared with Peter, that I worked with his father tangentially, as a new college grad @ UPENN in the late 1980's. When I married & was starting a family, Dr. G confirmed my dream come true, that I was expecting (that son is 24 today, 12/26, literally as I write this, as I have just learned of Dr. G's passing). 
Dr. G referred me to Drew Mellen, MD, who became my OB/GYN. Through THAT link we learned about St. Joseph's Prep HS, and so my first son, along with his 3 younger brothers, ended up attending The Prep. Today, they are a nuclear engineer, a critical care nurse, a pre-med student, and a junior still @ The Prep. Ultimately, their educations & promising futures all began because I knew Dr. G.  
You never know how your life influences the outcome of others'.  Thank you, Dr. G! 💗
