Robert “Bob” Kennedy
January 29, 1924 – July 8, 2014
Bob Kennedy was called home on July 8, 2014. He died peacefully in his sleep. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 67 years, Beezie, his four daughters, Marcia Kennedy, Debbie (Paul) Anger, Terri (Max) Schroeder, and Jeanne (Greg) Bez, and his three grandchildren, Kyle (Adrianne) Anger, Caitlin and Christopher Schroeder.
Bob was born in at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado to Charles and Ora Kennedy. Raised in Denver, he graduated from North High School, joined the U. S. Navy, and then entered the world of business going to work for the Colorado and Southern Railroad as a clerk. The railroad promoted him to marketing and sales which led Bob and his family on a 20 year journey of meeting and making new friends in Boise, Idaho, the San Francisco Bay area, and Salt Lake City, Utah. Retirement brought Bob and Beezie to Sun Lakes, AZ where they lived and happily played golf for over 25 years. Throughout his life Bob was a gregariously outgoing man who loved his family, golf, and helping others. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (lbda.org).
