Bob (Robert) Worth, age 80 of Chandler, AZ, passed away on February 28, 2016. He was born in Bluefield, WV on February 21, 1936. Bob was in the Bluefield High School class of 1954 and then studied mechanical engineering at West Virginia University. He served three years in the Army and then spent most of his career with Air Products & Chemicals from which he retired in 1995. In retirement he found the great joy of being a grandfather and became very active in the United Methodist Church. Throughout his life, Bob was a dedicated husband, loving father and a man of great character. Bob is survived by his brother, Billy Worth, sister Betty Joe Asbury, daughters Kym (Scott Farrar), Kathryn (Michael Harris), son Jeff (Anita) and his five grandchildren (Alex, Nathan, Ashley, Eric and Vaughn).
A Memorial Service will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary on Saturday, April 16th at 3:30pm.
