He grew up in Texas with his siblings Veronica Katsavunis, José Antonio (Pepe) Delgado, Rachel Arango.
He moved to Arizona in 1986 then married Rosa Ortiz in 1988 and they remained married for 31 years until his passing in 2021.
Their family grew to include their children; Arturo Delgado, Robert Delgado, Patrick Delgado, Vanessa Delgado as well as 3 grandchildren; Elise Delgado, Sky Delgado and Avni Delgado.
Hector will be remembered for a wonderful loving husband, father and Tata.
