My dad just told me a story that he dated a girl named June Johnson and she came to see him play football in the army navy game after he was drafted. She went to the game with his buddy Jack. My dad is 95 and from Oak Park. He lives with me and my mom passed this year.  I decided to look her up and so sorry to hear of her passing. My dad doesn’t remember a lot from the past so the fact he spoke of her and remembered her name and they dated means she must have really meant something and was probably an amazing woman.
