Thomas R. Uithoven

Born August 21, 1963 in West Allis, WI to Marilyn and Thomas Uithoven. Moved to Phoenix in 1965 with his family. Graduated from Moon Valley High School 1983. Worked in the printing business at St. Joseph's Hospital, Smart Practice and Gannet Publishing where he was in charge of outside sales. His most recent adventure was with the team at the Tempe Alpha-Graphics.

He enjoyed spending time with his sons and Sue Ellen's sons, watching movies, playing board games, and most things involved with computers.

He left his earthly home August 20,2021. He is survived by his mother Marilyn Uithoven, his sons, Alexander and Kyle, his sisters,Barbara (Russell)Lindsay, Sandra Buttine, Christine Uithoven (Michael Roane). Also surviving him is his long-time companion, Sue Ellen Sheets and her two sons Deklin and Brayden Zollinger. There are also a niece, Sara Parsatoon and two nephews, Daniel Lindsay and Thomas Buttine.

The family very much appreciates the loving care preformed by the entire staff af Banner Gateway Hospital, MDAnderson, over the past several months. Many thanks also go to the Hospice of the Valley for their assistance and care given to Thomas and his family, The family also appreciates the care and concern shown by his working family at Tempe Alpha-Graphics.
