The Bui Family

We can’t believe it has been one year already since Tri's (aka "Trevor") passing and not a single day has gone by without us still remembering and missing him. We miss Trevor for his smile, for his caring, for his friendship and most importantly, for his bright spirit that lives on within each and every one of us.
Through everyone’s heartfelt words of praise, admiration and remembrance of Trevor, our family is forever grateful for the outpouring of love and support from all of Trevor’s friends and colleagues. You have helped us find closure in our lives and we hope you’ve found closure in yours as well. We wish everyone good health, much prosperity, happiness and peace in life and to always live life to the fullest since Trevor reminded us all that life can be short and unexpected.
To close out Trevor’s final chapter in life, we offer the saying “our loss is Heaven’s gain” which we hope everyone can relate and appreciate. Again, from our family to yours, thank you so much for all of your love and support!

I’m devastated to just find out of his passing. Trevor was just an amazing human being. I met him during my tenure at the City of Phoenix worked out together and also texted often. My last text was 12/2019 and having moved to San Diego and being busy with work texted a few more times throughout 2020. Now I know why I didn’t receive a reply. He is no longer around. I miss you very much my dear friend. Rest well.

I just learned of Trevor's passing from COVID. I worked with Trevor at the City of Phoenix for over 11 years and he was always willing to help with any issue and had a smile on his face while doing it. Trevor taught me so much about DBE and working with minority vendors and I will miss his wisdom bright posts on Facebook. My sincere condolences to his family.

To Trevor’s Family - I am so sorry for your loss and I pray that God brings you comfort in knowing what an amazing person he was. His positive attitude, his kindness, his professionalism, his kind personality will be dearly missed. He was a true leader, ready to mentor anyone and have their backs. We certainly need more people like him in this world! Heaven’s gain, our loss! Trevor, I will never forget our last conversation and your great words of wisdom! Rest In Peace, and say hello to my Mama! 🙏

Trevor made the workplace so much brighter. I miss having conversations with him in the hall, break room or as he passed my desk. He had a contagious laugh and great sense of humor. He was kind, caring and smart. Hugs and thoughts of comfort sent to his family and friends. He will always been in our hearts and thoughts. ❤️

I interviewed Trevor for the City of Phoenix fifteen years ago. His brilliant personality stood out and it was clear that he was a natural leader. A couple of years ago I met him again and he seemed very happy in his role helping small business owners. I remember him as one of the most charming and impressive people I have ever met. To his family, I am very sorry for your loss.

I just saw today on that Trevor passed away in March. I worked with Trevor when I was at the City of Phoenix, on DBE and Small Business advocacy for Transportation projects. He had a shining spirit that touched everyone that worked with him. He brought wisdom, light, and positive energy to all of his work. Knowing that he is not here on earth breaks my heart, but knowing that his spirit is with us shows the light ahead.
