CHAPIN - A celebration service for Cile Manning, 49, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 13, 2012 at White Rock Baptist Church in Chapin, South Carolina. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Chapin Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mrs. Manning was born in Columbia, SC on March 10, 1963 and passed away on Monday, October 8, 2012. She was predeceased by her father, Edgar Hamer and sister, Deborah Shaw. Cile was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. Her free spirit and vibrant personality inspired all those who knew her. She loved her Gamecocks, music, and dancing. Her family and friends will always remember her wonderful laugh. She loved her job with the United States Postal Service in Chapin, and she worked hard to serve all the wonderful families on her route. Cile was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her mother, Georgia Hamer; husband, Race Manning; two sons, Cory Cato and Patrick Cato; daughter-in-law, Caroline Cato and two sisters, Irene Collins and Ella Goodwin.
