Christopher graduated from Thomas Dale High School in Chesterfield, VA in 1990. He went on to honorably serve for 4 years in the Marine Corps. He was very loving and kind-hearted and will be remembered most for his ability to read people. He enjoyed cooking for others and boating with friends.
He is survived by his mother, Pamela O. Highsmith; stepmother, Brenda I. Grabowski; brothers, LT William Michael Grabowski and Robert M. Grabowski; sister-in-law, Denise R. Grabowski; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, LTC Michael K. Grabowski and his sister, Anna P. Wingard.
Plans for the family to gather with friends will be announced at a later date. A graveside service with military honors will be held at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229 on Wednesday, July 30 at 3:00 p.m.
