We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother. Gertrude was one of the first people that welcomed us to the neighborhood when we built our home on Silver Point Road 24 years ago. We will never forget the block parties that Gertrude and Ray hosted for our neighborhood. Gertrude was such a gracious southern lady. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

I am so sorry for the loss of Aunt Gertrude. She always had a kind spirit. I always felt welcome at her home. I remember a lot of July 4th Celebrations at her home when I was younger. It was always a great time to look forward to. She will be missed greatly!!

Rhett, Scott and Todd,
My heart is broken for you and your families. Aunt Gertrude was so very special to me and I will miss her phone calls, sweet notes and her common sense approach to life. She was one in a million and her legacy lives on through the lives she touched. There is quite a reunion going on in Heaven right now! Wishing you comfort and peace in the days ahead. Love you all, Pat
