JoAnne was a loving caring person. She made friends wherever she went. She really enjoyed her great niece, Blythe.
JoAnne also attended Lexington County Citizens Academy. She enjoyed attending SALT meetings at Chapin Baptist Church with her mom and cousin, Judy.
JoAnne was a LPN nurse and graduated from Baptist Nursing School. She was happiest working with children. Her most recent job was with Columbia Skin Clinic before her health declined.
JoAnne is survived by husband, Tony Michau; her parents, Tommy and Debbie Wilson; sister, Terri Frick (Kevin); nephews, Joshua (Nichole) Frick and Jason (Taylor) Frick along with extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chapin United Methodist Church in Chapin, SC.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, May 31st, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Chapin Chapel.
