

Sharon Frances Brantley, 59, was born on November 7, 1966, and passed away on June 15, 2026. A resident of Chapin, South Carolina, Sharon will be remembered with deep respect for the steady care she gave to others and the quiet strength with which she lived her life.
A high school graduate, Sharon carried forward a practical determination that shaped her path and the way she showed up for those who depended on her.
Sharon worked as a Registered Medical Assistant and devoted herself to caregiving, including her work at Lowman Home and Home Sitters. In these roles, she served with dignity and reliability, offering comfort through her presence and support through her hands and heart.
Sharon’s faith was central to who she was. An avid follower of Jesus, she was passionate about sharing her faith with others, living with a sense of purpose that shaped her days and touched those around her.
Sharon is survived by her mother, Frances Davis, of Chapin, SC; her son, Andrew Brantley (Rose), of Chapin, SC; her grandchildren, Joel, Julieann, Hailey, and Madison; her stepbrother, Ronnie; her special cousin/sister, Karen Blocker, of Athens, GA; her uncles, James Polk (Janice), of Walterboro, SC, and Robert Polk, of Lumberton, NC; and several nieces and nephews, including special nephew J.T. Davis, of Dexter, GA.
Sharon was predeceased by her father, Franklin Polk, and her brother, John Polk.
Sharon Frances Brantley’s life was one of service and steadfast devotion to family and community, and she will be sincerely missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Faith Presbyterian Church, 1811 Dutch Fork Rd., Irmo, SC 29063, with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m.
