Otis Dean "Peanut" Stover, 44, of Charleston, passed away on December 30, 2015. Otis is survived by his son, Tyler Stover of Dunbar; step-daughters, Chelsie Ryan of Saint Albans and Mandy Rudisill of Charleston; sister, Misty White of Charleston; grandson, Zander Ryan and Special Aunt, Ruth Parrish, who raised Otis as her own son. A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Otis Stover will be held at a later date.
