Peggy Ann Jarrett

Peggy Ann Jarrett, 80, of Charleston, passed away February 10, 2016. She was born April 7, 1935 in Beaver, W V, the daughter of the late Ceward and Mabel Mehan Pendleton. Peggy was a Legal Secretary for Collias Law Office for over 40 years. She loved shopping, spending time with her grandchildren and “Fur Babies”. In addition her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Jarrett. She is survived by her grandchildren, Jeremy Jarrett of Sutton and Ashley Jarrett-Smith of Charleston; daughter, Teresa Jarrett-Smith of Charleston; former Husband and wonderful friend, Boyce Jarrett; and “Fur Babies”, Miss Kitty and Peppi. A Service to Celebrate the Life of Peggy Ann Jarrett will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Bartlett Burdette Cox Funeral Home, Charleston with Pastor Melvin Sizemore officiating. Friends and Family will gather from 1:00pm until Service time. Private Graveside services will be held at Sunset Memorial Park, S. Charleston.
