Born April 18, 1947 in Pittsburg, California, he was the son of the late Ovel Hayes and Dolores Inzunza Decker.
Albert had worked for many years for Harris Teeter in the Cottswald location retiring in 2010. He also had been featured on the WTVI PBS show "The New Home Show."
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Carico; a daughter, Michelle Carr; 2 sons, Taylor Hayes and his wife, Lina and Christopher Hayes; a step-daughter, Lelia Carico; a sister, Annie Johnson; a brother, Olivene and 2 grandchildren, Isabela Hayes and Liam Hayes and by first wife,Gwen Hayes.
