

Andree Robles Sullivan, age 97, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 in Little River, S.C. She was born on July 13, 1926 in Algeria, then moved to Casablanca, Morocco where she spent most of her childhood.
In the 1940s while working with the USO, she met and married Marion Jackson (Jack) Sullivan. The couple returned to the states to make their home in Charlotte, N.C. where she worked as a photo proof reader for Delmar Studios for over 40 years. She saw thousands of school pictures over the years and had a real eye to identify the best shots.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jack, infant son Jack Andree, and her sister Sylviane Degeorges. She is survived by son James Carol Sullivan of North Myrtle Beach, S.C.; daughter Sylvia Sullivan Copeland of Irmo, S.C.; grandchildren, Michael Todd Sullivan, Kimberly Copeland (Brent) Lanier, Shay Sullivan (Craig) Bennett, Marci Lackey (Don) Ogerton; and great grandchildren, Caysen Rilee Bennett, Britten McCall Bennett, Zachary Sullivan Lanier, Lauren Copeland Lanier and Elodie Camillia Ogerton.
A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Sharon Memorial Park at 2:00 p.m. Visitation with the family will be held prior to the service at 12:30 p.m. at McEwen Funeral Service located at 5716 Monroe Road in Charlotte.
