Ann Roberts Coe, age 95 of Charlotte passed away January 7, 2013 in Eden, N. C. Funeral services will be at 11:00AM Thursday at Durham Memorial Baptist Church, Mr. Gene Boatwright officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn West Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Ann was born in Charlotte September 2, 1917 daughter of the late John and Lillian Jaquinn Roberts. She was a member of Durham Memorial Baptist Church and the Caring Heart Sunday School Class. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman L. Coe.
Surviving are a son, Harry L. Coe (Sandy) of Eden, NC, brother, Frank Roberts (Nancy), two grandchildren, T. David Coe Shelley Richie (Chris), four great grandchildren, Brittany Coe, Leanne Coe, Amber Richie, Logan Richie, and several nieces and nephews. A very special thank you to three special ladies who were her caregivers, Ernestine Penn, who was her primary caregiver for over four years, Brenda Hodge, and Sharon Scales.
