

Ann, known as Maw Maw or Annabelle, spent her life devoted to and loving her family and friends. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, quilting, baking and time outside gardening.
Ann was born on the 16th of December 1943 in Greensboro, North Carolina a daughter of the late Rebecca Piephoff Allred and David Clark Allred.
Ann was a graduate of West Mecklenburg High School and was a homemaker for 13 years before working at Richway in the old Freedom Mall and later at Marshall and Seitlin Dentistry for many years until retiring in late 2010’s. Ann attended Enderly Park Baptist Church.
Ann will be lovingly remembered by her children: Robert Wyatt Jr. and wife, Lisa of Gastonia, Amy Mallol and husband, Leonard of Fuquay-Varina, Kim Wyatt of Mount Holly, a special niece, Megan H Warren and her husband, Andy; five grandchildren: Hailey Wyatt, Cassidy W. Bryant (James), Rebecca Mallol (fiancé, Jack Yusko), Leonard Mallol (Josey), Amelia Mallol; one great granddaughter, Blaire Ann Bryant and two great nephews: Noel Warren and Miles Warren; one sister, Peg Allred; two sister-in-law’s: Amy W. Russell and Becky G. Wyatt and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Ann was preceded in death by parents Rebecca and David Allred, her daughter, Ronda Wyatt; her husband, Robert O. Wyatt Sr. of 59 years, a sister, Judy Holdsclaw; five brother-in-law’s: James P. Wyatt, Larry W. Wyatt, Joseph C. Wyatt, Gilbert Russell and Max Kirby; three sister-in-law’s: Patricia W. Starnes, Ruth W. Kirby and Jean C. Wyatt; an aunt, Margaret P. Cheek and a uncle, William Piephoff.
The Wyatt family will greet friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday, the 15th of November 2025 at McEwen Funerals & Cremations at Forest Lawn West. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 AM, graveside at Forest Lawn West Cemetery. Bearing the casket of Mrs. Wyatt will be Cody McCormick, Tim Robinette, Timmy Robinette, Mack Kirby, Larry Wyatt, Leonard J. Mallol and James Bryant.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Carolina Caring Hospice, St. Jude’s or the American Cancer Society.
