Annah Keen Conley, 57, of Charlotte NC passed away suddenly on August 8, 2013. She was born in Wiggins, MS on October 15, 1955. Annah graduated high school in Quitman, MS in 1973. She graduated from University of Southern Mississippi with BS in Speech Therapy in 1977 and later received her MS in School Counseling in 2009 from University of West Alabama. Annah performed speech therapy and taught special education in Louisiana and Alabama schools for 27 years. She enjoyed heirloom sewing, cooking, singing, piano and gardening but most of all, she loved it when her family was all together. Annah is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Clark Lynn Conley; son, Clark Alexander “Alex” and wife, Wendy, and their son Clark James; son, Benjamin Ward “Ben”; daughter, Julie Annah Conley; sister, Patsy Smith ; brother Skip Keen and several nieces as well as her beloved Shih Tzu, Sami.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 from 5 to 6 pm at First United Methodist Church, 105 E Spring St. Sylacauga, Alabama 35150 followed by a 6 pm memorial service.
