Ashraf Alfred Tadros (Osh) was 52 when he left this world to be with his beloved Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Osh was born in Cairo, Egypt on May 5, 1960 and moved with his family as a young child to Charlotte, North Carolina where he attended South Mecklenburg High School. Osh completed his education at Elon University where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy. Osh settled in Charlotte where he worked and helped care for his aging mother. Osh was an All American athlete. Although he excelled in football, wrestling and weight lifting, Osh’s true strength and power could be seen in the size of his heart and in his love for God and his family. He died in his home in Charlotte on January 28, 2013 as he struggled with recovery from a work place injury that crushed his foot and ankle.
Ashraf is survived by his mother and father, Samira and Alfred Tadros, brother’s Sherif and Samer, stepson Shane, niece Madison and nephew’s Dan and Jacob.
Though he left us early, the wisdom he imparted to us from his journey was this…make every moment special, love deeply those that are closest to you and never hold a grudge. His memory will live on in our hearts forever
Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.
