Barbara Kelly Cook, 79, of Rock Hill, SC, formerly of Charlotte, died peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 11, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Louis Jack Kelly and Ella Thomas Fielding Kelly.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Cook; son, Michael and grandson Gabriel Pratt.
Surviving are daughters, Regina Pratt and husband, Foy, of Smyrna, SC; Judy Duncan and husband, Mike of North Wilkesboro, NC; Jeannette Sargeant and husband, Steve of Raleigh; sister, Sybil Thrower of Roxboro, NC and nine grandchildren.
A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn West Cemetery, Sunday, January 16th with Reverend Tom Patterson officiating. Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn West Funeral & Cremation Service Sunday from 12:30 to 1:45 PM.
