Benny Eugene Prince, age 69 of Charlotte died May 18, 2015 at his residence of Alzheimer’s Disease. Funeral services will be at 4 :00PM Wednesday, May 20th at Pleasant grove Presbyterian Church, Reverend Bob Breed officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:30PM at the Church. Interment will be in Trinity UMC Church Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Emily of 51 ½ years, three children, Jeffrey and wife, Kathy of Mooresville, NC, Debbie of Belmont, NC and Derek and wife, Dana of Charlotte, six grandchildren, Dustin, Benjamin and wife, Jamie, Erin and husband, Ronald, Taylor, Austin and Alex, and ten great grandchildren. He was an avid sports fisherman and quite the jokester. Mr. Prince served in the US Army at Ft. Riley Kansas. He will be greatly missed by all.
