Betty Rollins Chandler Moss

Born and raised in Charlotte, Betty attended Harding High School. She was a homemaker and business owner who loved her family, gardening, sewing and shagging at the beach.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents John Henry Rollins and Helen Tanner Rollins; brothers Johnny Rollins and Jimmy Rollins; husband Edward Moss and love of many years, James Isenhour.

Survivors include her children Deborah Chandler of Charlotte, Lynn Chandler (Sandi) of Inman, SC, Richard Chandler (Amy) of Lancaster, SC and Candice Chandler Tatu (Randy) of Mooresville and brother Jerry Rollins. She also leaves her grandchildren and great-grandchildren Devin Chandler, Lauren Chandler, Courtnie Webb (Tim), Dylan Brown, Justin Chandler, Patrick Brown, Kierstin Chandler, Ashton Tatu, Ava Tatu, Harper Chandler, Margo Webb and Walker Webb.

The family would like to send a special thank you to caregiver Alyson Voelske for her dedication and love to our mom and grandmother.

A celebration of life will be held at noon on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at McEwen Funeral Service located at 5716 Monroe Road in Charlotte. The family will greet friends starting at 11am. Burial immediately following at Sharon Memorial Park.
