Born September 30th, 1965 in Oakland, NJ. He is the son of Martin Walsh and Sarah Walsh. He graduated from Indian Hills High School and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
Brian discovered his love for working with his hands at a young age. Whether it was making model cars, trying his hand at carpentry or working on cars. This was his true passion and he loved doing it with his friends and he excelled at it. This led him to his career of 30 years as a truck driver. He had experience on nearly every road across the United States. It provided a stable income for his family, which he loved dearly, and it fed his soul to see the beauty of this country from east coast to west. He also still found the time to be the most caring and loving father, husband and friend. He was deeply devoted to his family.
His faith led every decision in life. He was a devoted follower of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He was constantly talking to God about any trials, and followed his faith through the happiest times, and even through the most uncertain times. He taught his son to have that same unwavering faith.
He is survived by his son, (Joseph) 24 of Lancaster, 4 step children (Justin) of Colorado, (Keegan), (Marina), and (Darian).
He is also survived by 2 sisters, Diane Walsh/Geithman, and (Susan Sklarsky Harpin), and 2 brothers, Martin Walsh and (David Mitchell).
A service to celebrate Brian’s life will be announced at a later date and will be posted on Brian’s Facebook page by his son Joseph Walsh. Please pray for Brian’s family and for his peace in his next life, not filled with pain and suffering.
