I just found out that Dr Salley had passed. He was my doctor for many years. He delivered my last child who is 45 now. I thought the world of him. His compassion was remarkable. I have a doctor now that reminds me of him and that's why I looked Dr. Salley up and found his obituary.  I know it's been awhile but I still want to say my condolences to his family.

I was so saddened this morning when I saw in the paper that Dr. Salley had passed away.  He was our family doctor for many, many years.  He helped my husband through open heart surgery and much more.  He delivered our middle child.  He was  truly a great and caring doctor. I will be remembering you and your family during this sad time.  God will give you the peace that passeth understanding as He has promised.

Mrs. Salley, my wife and I are truly sorry for your loss. Dr. Salley became our doctor in the fall of 1967 and he was our doctor until his retirement. 

He delivered both of our sons. He was a wonderful person and he always took time to talk to you when you saw him. You never felt he was rushing you.

He was a wonderful and caring person. He will be missed.
