Mr. Carl Oliver Finley

Carl Oliver Finley passed away on March 25, 2016, at the age of 78 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. He was the son of the late Oliver Duncan and Ida Price Finley. He was predeceased by his parents, and his first wife, Edith Finley.

He is survived by his wife, Beth Finley; son, Carl Dean Finley; daughter-in-law, Jannelle Finley; step-daughter, Lori Vitek and husband Ryan; and granddaughter, Ava Vitek.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30pm Wednesday, March 30, 2016 in the Paul Helton Chapel of Forest Lawn West Funeral Home, with Reverend C. F. McDowell officiating. Interment will follow the service with full military honors provided by the US Marine Corps. In lieu of visitation, friends and family are invited to attend a post service meal and fellowship provided by the family; details will be announced at the service.

The family requests memorials be made to Alive Hospice, Nashville, TN; Toys for Tots; St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or donor’s choice.
