Born April 27, 1945 in Bellevue, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Russell Martin Moyer and Margaret Moyer.
She enjoyed church at Trinity Baptist and loved being able to help with special events and singing in the choir. She loved being outdoors and her favorite trips were to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The Gospel shows at Dollywood always lifted her spirits. She loved watching Nascar and the Atlanta Braves.
The joy of Carol's life was her family. Ray was the "love of her life" for 44 years. They were inseparable. She was a devoted mother of two, a memaw to three and a great-memaw to two and one on the way. She loved attending sporting events and many players and coaches adopted her as their memaw. She was loved by all.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ray McAninch, of 44 years; two children, Rodney McAninch (Tina) of Clover and Rhonda Williams (Tim) of Charlotte; three grandchildren, Michaela Fish (Jack) of Clover, Brandon Williams of Charlotte and Bradley McAninch of Clover; two great-grandchildren, Greyson and Raelynn Fish; one sister, Clare Mae Joseph of Ohio; and four brothers, Ed Moyer, Donnie Moyer, Melvin Moyer and Harold Moyer, all of Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brothers, John Moyer and Dale Moyer, both of Ohio.
